Collaboration with the group of M. Hocek at the IOCB ASCR in Prague resulted in development of novel facile techniques of enzymatic construction of modified nucleic acids.

Laboratoř molekulární cytologie a cytometrie z Biofyzikálního ústavu Akademie věd České republiky má rozsáhlou zkušenost ve studiu 3D-jaderné architektury buněčných jader pomocí konfokální mikroskopie (Bártová et al., 2005, 2008; Harničarová et al., 2006; Kozubek M. et al., 1999; Kozubek S., 1997, 2000).
